Fresh from Royal Holiday uni I applied (with minutes to spare!) to TEQUILA\ in September ‘06. The ad industry had always appealed to me - I was keen to use a degree in business in a job that rewarded creativity and produced tangible results. I wanted a stimulating work environment, I wanted diversity and I wanted to work with interesting people.

What you have thought so far

No day is ever the same…and things are rarely simple. Deadlines and demands constantly flex which means you really do need those interview favourites of commitment, initiative and problem solving (hint) to get things done. Rumour has it you are supposed to be organised as well…but what I really enjoy is the unpredictable nature of it all…

Lowlight

Meeting Neville. Being at the mercy of the evil Northern Line. The 29 days till payday. Being talked into getting a taxi home with some very important people after the Xmas party….

Highlight

The bar. Previously free this miraculous oasis has been cruelly snatched from our grasp. However it is still subsidised – a mellow place to meet your mates and see your colleagues be foolish. Soho. An eclectically diverse melting pot of just about everything – you never know who (or what) you might see….
