Herdeep's commitment to the world of data and marketing has seen her rise rapidly from a two year Graduate Programme at NatWest to Customer Insight Director at TEQUILA\ in just 10 years.

During her time at TEQUILA\ she has been responsible for developing data, CRM, communication, measurement and evaluation strategies across a portfolio of clients including Barclays, GE Money, Chevrolet, Canderel and Abbey.

Given such experience, it's no wonder she's so adept at using data and customer insight to inform and direct business strategy, drive the creative product and provide measurable returns. To unwind she enjoys dangerous sports, naturally.
